Make A Payment 

Dear Clients,

Starting in January 2021 we began using new software to improve our efficiency and client relations. As part of this transition, we moved to a new Credit Card processing service. This new service integrates with our system software and includes a Client Portal that tracks invoices and payments for each one of our clients.

We no longer have a direct website credit card payment link. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are confident that anyone familiar with the previous method will prefer the new system once they set it up.

If the new Client Portal is not for you, we will gladly accept your personal check or a check from your bank. Please mail checks to:

When paying by check, if the checking account holder’s name is different from the name on your Avid invoice, please note the invoice number(s) on your check.

Online payments can be made using the “Client Portal” accessed from the link below.

Important: If you have not set up your portal access, please email Larry to request an invitation to the portal. You must set up your account portal first to make online payments.
