Ballard Update
New construction on a divided lot in Ballard. This project was intended to maximize the usable space of a smaller, urban lot.
A gabion wall helped divide and protect the planting areas from the active spaces while also retaining the various gradients. The patio space boasted a fire table surrounded by a custom bench by Rob Tallon.
